Barilla Spaghettini No. 3 are a thinner version of traditional spaghetti. Thanks to their fine diameter, they cook in just 5 minutes, but they maintain the ideal al dente firmness. They are made from 100% semolina (durum wheat), so they do not stick together and perfectly bind lighter sauces, pesto or olive oil.

Thanks to their finer diameter, they cook quickly, absorb flavors perfectly, and look exceptionally elegant on the plate. The pasta holds its shape well, doesn't stick, and doesn't overcook. The thinner shape feels softer in the mouth and lets the flavors of all the other ingredients fully stand out.
