Barilla Bucatini No. 9 pasta, characterized by its long shape similar to spaghetti, but with a thicker profile and the typical thin hole running through its center, will delight not only with its original appearance, but above all with its first-class quality. It is made from durum wheat semolina, thanks to which it does not boil and perfectly retains its shape and firm structure.

Thanks to the high-quality ingredients, the pasta remains firm to the bite after cooking and does not stick together. Their hollow center is literally created for the sauce to get into it, ensuring the perfect taste in every bite. Bucatini is therefore perfect for rich and hearty sauces. Their combination with the traditional spicy Amatriciana sauce with tomatoes and pancetta is an absolute classic, but they also taste great with meat ragout, vegetable sauces with capers and olives or strong cheese sauces.
