Thanks to its shortened tube shape with beveled ends and a significantly ridged surface (rigate), it will delight not only with its attractive appearance, but above all with its first-class quality. It is made from durum wheat semolina, thanks to which it does not boil over and perfectly retains its shape and firm structure.

Thanks to the high-quality ingredients, the pasta remains firm to the bite after cooking and does not stick together. The ribbed surface perfectly catches and holds every drop of sauce.
