Barilla Pipe Rigate No. 91 pasta, characterized by its shape of hollow, curved tubes resembling a snail shell with pronounced indentations, will delight not only with its playful appearance, but above all with its first-class quality. It is made from durum wheat semolina, thanks to which it does not boil and perfectly retains its shape and firm structure.

Thanks to the high-quality ingredients, the pasta remains firm to the bite and does not stick together after cooking. Its unique shape and ribbed surface (rigate) are specially designed to capture and retain sauce both on the surface and inside the pasta itself. It is therefore perfect for rich meat ragouts, thick cheese or vegetable sauces and is also absolutely delicious in baked dishes.
